Problem
Shopify, Meta, creative, and content work lived in separate tools. Operators context-switched constantly; nothing owned the full path from store setup to ads to fulfillment signals.
System
A multi-agent commerce console: specialized agents for store build, ads, content, SEO, social, and orchestration — with live status, handoffs, and store metrics on one surface. I led architecture, integrations, and agent workflows; a junior developer built the frontend under my direction.
